What should I bring to class?

Comfortable workout clothes, indoor shoes (for dance), a water bottle, and a small towel. Please clear a small safe space. Bring a yoga mat if you have one; limited spares can be arranged on request.

Can I switch classes or styles?

Yes. Monthly members can attend any class or style. Class pack users can use credits across Zumba, Bhangra, Bollywood, Hip Hop, and Yoga.

Do you offer kids or family sessions?

Yes, we welcome kids and families. Contact us for age-appropriate batches and schedules.
